Run the diagnostic in order

    Confirm the build

    Install the newest Steam update. The official 1.0.011r notes list a fix for parts that could not be cleaned.

    Retry the same symptom

    Use the same part and tool. A moving meter is the success signal; sound alone is not.

    Check the graphics path

    If progress is still frozen, follow tinyBuild's order: update GPU drivers, force the dedicated GPU where available, verify game files, and temporarily disable overlays.

    Capture a clean report

    Record the device, part, tool, build number, platform, GPU and a short video before contacting support.
